Christmas gift questions
When should I order for delivery by Christmas?
In the US, order by Monday, December 14 (orders usually arrive in 5–9 days). For Canada, order by Tuesday, December 1 (usually 9–17 days). For Australia, order by Wednesday, November 25 (usually 12–22 days). For Europe, the UK and everywhere else, order by Wednesday, November 25 (usually 3–5 weeks). Most orders arrive faster; these dates leave room for the December rush and are estimates, not a guarantee. After that, a gift card arrives by email straight away.
Do you have Christmas dog collars?
Yes. Our holiday plaids, Maple, Crimson Navy and Blue Teddy, come as collars with a slide-on bow tie, as collar and leash sets, and as full Mega Bundles with a matching harness.
What are good dog stocking stuffers?
A cotton bandana, a slide-on bow tie or a poop bag holder that matches their collar. They're small, easy to wrap and they get used every day.
What if I don't know the dog's size?
Pick their usual size, or measure their neck and chest with the harness size calculator. If it doesn't fit, you have 100 days to exchange or return it. Not sure at all? A gift card lets them choose.
Can I exchange it after the holidays?
You get 100 days to return or exchange, and we replace pieces that wear out from normal use within 100 days of delivery. See the returns policy.
