Where do orders ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse in New Hampshire, USA.

How long will it take?

Once your order ships, most orders arrive within:
🇺🇸 United States: about 5 days (up to 11)
🇨🇦 Canada: about 9 days (up to 17)
🇦🇺 Australia: about 11 days (up to 18)
🇪🇺 Europe: about 2 weeks (up to 3½ weeks)
🌍 Everywhere else: about 2 weeks (up to 5 weeks)

Duties and import taxes

For most international orders, any duties and import taxes are calculated and shown at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery. For Canada, they aren't collected at checkout; any import fees are charged by the carrier on delivery.

Please note: Due to current conditions in the Middle East, shipments to Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq may experience carrier delays that are outside of our control. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
