Our R&D often takes months (sometimes years). For each product, we test an average of 27 makers per part to get the right balance of softness, structure, and durability. We also make sure the designs hold up — not just look good on day one, but through real use and regular washing.

We hold the same standards for our team and customer support, and giving back isn’t an add-on — a portion of every purchase helps support dogs in need.

We believe it wouldn’t be fair to lower our standards just to lower the price. If someone is looking for the cheapest option, there are plenty of choices out there. We’re here for people who care about how things are made — and how their dogs feel wearing them.

Will it fit my dog?

Yes. Our multi-adjustable designs dial in a custom fit across a wide range of sizes and shapes.

Each harness adjusts at three points to support different builds comfortably and securely at the chest and belly.

The adjustability also allows for growth or small weight changes (within reason), without switching sizes.

If you measured with our size guide and the fit still isn’t right, we’ll exchange your first order for free. A good fit is essential for comfort and safety — and it’s part of our promise.

How do I clean it?

Some pieces are machine-washable; others (with metal hardware) are best hand-washed.

Machine-washable items:
• Use a laundry bag
• Cold, gentle cycle
• Mild detergent
• Air-dry only (no heat, bleach, or fabric softener)

Items with metal hardware (collars, leashes):
• Hand-wash cold with mild soap
• Rinse well
• Wipe hardware dry
• Air-dry out of direct sun

Before washing:
• Close buckles
• Tighten adjusters
• Remove bows or flowers
• Spot-clean between washes when possible
